We are Ken and Lisa Malecki and loans are not just something we do. Loans are something we live as they produce life changes for our clients. Over 26 years and thousands of closed loans, we take each client one at a time and work with them hand in hand from start to finish. 

We got our start in this business back in 1991 and have watched the many up's and down's of the real estate market.  We consider ourselves fortunate to have participated in so many transactions over the past 26 years and we look forward to the coming years in the market. 

Our philosophy is simple:  Never rest on your laurels. We know that our reputation is only as good our last transaction. We excel at the fine art of handling the straight-forward loans to even the most complex of loans. During every transaction we are in total control to ensure all parties are more than satisfied at closing.

We are both Huntington Beach natives and still reside here with our three children.
